At the inn, the party encounters Ragou, but without evidence about his crimes (the weather-controlling blastia was destroyed by the dragon rider), the Knights let him go scot-free. Yuri and Flynn argue about the empire's state of affairs, causing Yuri to walk out. Outside, Yuri looks for clues about the Blood Alliance and once again runs in Raven. The party reunites and prepare to head to where the Blood Alliance is heading: to town northwest of Torim Harbor.
