Bruce meets Mr. Blue aka Dr. Samuel Stains, who requires data from the military to speed up the process of making a cure for the Hulk. The Hulk takes down an Army camp and retrieves the data. Later, Hulk fights the Army that came to arrest Simon Utrecht, but he and his associates emerge evolved into super beings!
