Yuri, Estelle and Karol sneak into the city and find Mordio's house. They break in and find a huge pile of books and project. After much snooping around, they find Mordio, who has nothing to do with the blastia thief. Rita leads the party to the Shaikos Ruins because thieves gather there. At the ruins, footprints confirm either the Knights or the thieves are here. Perhaps both.
