Scrooge and his nephews head to Africa's mines to find the next treasure: the Giant Diamond of the Inner-Earth. At the mines, the miners run away because they heard spooky voices. Not a believer in the supernatural, Scrooge goes into the mines himself to locate the diamond. He finds the source of the spooky voices: a tribe of Terra-Firmians led by a king, who attack him because he interrupted the Great Games. After defeating the king, Scrooge cuts a deal with him: the Terra-Firmians keep the earthquake to a minimum while Scrooge will mine the garbage rocks (Terra-Firmians have no value for diamonds). As a reward, the king gives Scrooge the Giant Diamond of the Inner-Earth.
